“I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent
installation work you did on the HFV6 Assembly Line at Holden over the
Christmas shutdown. As you know, we awarded this project later than we
hoped. Nevertheless, I was impressed with the calibre of people you
brought on site and the professional manner in which they went about the
installation. Bill Boskovski did a great job as project supervisor, and
the guys worked together very well as a team on both day and night shift.
The preparation Bill did during his trip to Japan and in the weekends
leading up to the shutdown paid off, and lead to an event free shutdown.
The fact that we completed the installation a few days ahead of schedule
meant we had more time for commissioning, and started Production on 17th
January with no problems. Thanks again and I look forward to working with
you again in the future.”

HFV6 Manufacturing Engineering Manager - Asm

“I am writing this letter to thank you for the excellent construction works carried out to the Assembly
Plant Office extension at Toyota Altona.
The work commenced on the Good Friday of the Easter holiday break and was scheduled to
be completed by Sunday 3rd April.
Although there was some doubt from within Toyota as to whether this task would be completed,
with such a tight time frame applied, your team at Pexim seemingly shifted into top gear to make
this happen.
Once again thankyou for all you expertise and assistance during this project and I look
forward to working with you and your team again in the future.”

Plant/Facilities Engineering, Production Engineering Department, Toyota Motor Corporation Australia

“Just a short note to thank you & your team for the professional implementation of 3 projects at ARAU.
1) Door Trim Facility – this project was originally planned over 3 weekends & was carried out over 2 weekends with no delays to Prod’n at start up on the following Monday of each move.
2) Welding Robot Cells – this project was a new installation & consisted of a large number of cells. Installation was carried out in a professional manner during normal Prod’n hours with minimal interruption to normal plant operation.
3) Moulding M/c.- the machine installation was commenced & completed earlier than planned due to the efficiency of the installation planning by yourself & the Pexim installation team.
ARAU will certainly strongly consider Pexim for any future projects .
Again, thank you & your team for their efforts & good work.”
Ray Sakys - Project Facilitator, ARAU ( Araco Australia)

“Upon our successful handover of the Stage II Cylinder Block Machining
Line to Holden, I would like to thank you for your tremendous
contribution in bringing this project to a satisfactory completion.
I would like to express my appreciation for the installation work
activities that you have conducted, especially with the professional
conducts demonstrated through the various phases of machines
installation, from un-boxing to machines positioning, utilities
connections, safety testing and commissioning.
I am most pleased with the Installation leadership provided by Mr. Bill
Boskovski, under which all the works were conducted in a safe, careful
and efficient manners. I am glad that while we achieved both timing and
cost targets set down by Holden, there was no accident incurred during
the installation period. This has further showed the careful and safety
disciplines of Pexim installation team.
One particular characteristic of Mr. Boskovski and his team members that
sticks in my mind is their flexible work ethic. They are most
approachable and receptive to constructive changes that were necessary
during the installation works. Their response to installation and
machineries problems and errors arisen through no fault of their own had
also been most supportive and timely.
Thanks again, Pexim, and Bill in particular, for helping to achieve the
installation project to be on time and on cost. I very much hope that we
will work together again in the not too distant future.”
Choo Kweh - Project Manager, Powertrain Manufacturing, Japsco Australia.

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent work
you did during the installation of the additional equipment into the GV6
Cylinder Block Line.
I was impressed with the professionalism of the Pexim people & the manner
in which they went about the
installation.
Bill Boskovski did an excellent as the project supervisor, and both he &
the guys working with him were prepared to go the extra yard & they worked
well as a team.
The preparation done by Pexim, by coming to Japan & discussing the
requirements with both the OEM & Holden personnel, made the job back at
Holden far easier. We were able to integrate the installation of the
additional equipment into our existing lines with a minimum of
interference, due in no small part to this preparation.
We were able to complete the Installation on schedule, which gave us
sufficient time to complete the commissioning on schedule as well.
Thanks again and I look forward to working with you again in the future.”
Bob Simmons - Manufacturing Engineering Manager, HFV6 New Engine Projects.
