The final stage in the construction of the new Top Coat Facility at Ford in 1998 was
the "Spot Repair Area". Webb Conveyor Co. was commissioned to install the floor conveyors
while Pexim Australia won the project to design, manufacture and install the overhead steel
support structure, lighting, air supply and air exhaust, air filtration and fans. Operator's
comfort and low noise were high on the priority list while designing an effective system.
